Quality assurance
Supplier vetting, pre-shipment inspection, third-party inspection options and proper export documentation.
Quality assurance
Checked before it ships, not after it arrives
The biggest risk in cross-border equipment trade is finding a problem only after the goods reach you. Our quality process is built to catch issues in China — while they can still be fixed — and to give you evidence before you release the balance payment.
- Supplier vetting. We work with manufacturers we’ve assessed for capability and consistency.
- Pre-shipment inspection. Function, dimensions, finish and quantity checked before loading.
- Third-party option. SGS, BV or your own inspector welcome — just tell us.
- Export packing standards. Crating and protection suited to sea freight and your climate.
Inspection process
What a quality check looks like
Specification lock
Agreed specs, standards and acceptance criteria are documented before production starts.
In-production checks
For larger orders we monitor progress and flag deviations early.
Pre-shipment inspection
Final check of function, dimensions, finish, markings and quantity against the order.
Report & approval
You receive photos and a report; shipment proceeds on your confirmation.
Standards & certification
Documentation you can rely on
We supply products manufactured to recognised international standards and provide the relevant certificates with each shipment.
Available certification varies by product and manufacturer. Confirm required standards and certificates at enquiry stage and we will supply what applies to your order.
